Who this notice covers
This notice describes the information Ghost Motors receives through ghostmotors.co, the linked customer and dealer intake forms, and communications about those submissions. A separate transaction document may provide additional details if you move forward with a purchase or sale.
Information you provide
The customer form asks for your name, phone number, email, VIN, loan status, accident history, vehicle photos, and the amount you want for the car. You may also provide more information when we follow up.
The dealer application asks for your dealership name, buyer name, email, phone number, and average monthly volume. Dealers may later share inventory, buying criteria, or transaction details with us.
Google Forms and photo uploads
Both intake forms are hosted by Google Forms. The customer form requires a Google sign-in to upload vehicle photos. Google states on that form that the name, email, and photo associated with the Google account will be recorded when a person uploads files and submits the form. Google's own Privacy Policy also applies to its services.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review vehicles and dealer applications, contact you, seek and compare dealer interest, identify relevant inventory opportunities, coordinate introductions, and discuss possible transactions. We may use follow-up communications to confirm details and keep you informed about your request.
When information is shared
To shop a vehicle or make a dealer connection, we may share relevant vehicle details, photos, inventory information, and contact details with participating dealers or other people involved in a potential transaction. We use Google Forms to collect submissions. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect the rights and safety of people involved.
Submitting the customer form means you are asking us to seek dealer interest in your vehicle. If you have questions about what will be shared, contact us before submitting.
Retention and your choices
We keep information for as long as needed to respond to requests, work on opportunities or transactions, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. If you want to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, email ghostmotors.co@gmail.com. Some records may need to be kept for legal or transaction purposes.
